Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW (she/her)

I’m a NYC-based therapist working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, family dynamics, and the ups and downs of everyday life.
Maybe you find yourself overthinking conversations long after they’ve happened, worrying about disappointing people, or saying yes when you really want to say no. Or maybe you’re feeling disconnected, unsure of yourself, or frustrated by patterns in your relationships that seem to keep repeating. Whatever brings you to therapy, we can start by getting curious about what’s going on and why.
My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I don’t think therapy needs to feel overly formal or serious all the time. I bring humor, curiosity, and honesty into our conversations, and I value being able to talk openly about things that aren’t always easy to say out loud. You don’t need to come in knowing exactly what you want to talk about or having the right words to explain how you’re feeling.
I take a relational and psychodynamic approach to therapy, which means I’m interested in how your experiences and relationships have shaped the way you see yourself, understand your feelings, and connect with others. We might explore why it’s so difficult to disappoint someone, why certain relationships bring out different sides of you, or why you find yourself reacting to situations in ways you don’t always understand.
I also believe that what happens between us in therapy matters. Sometimes the same dynamics that come up with friends, partners, family, or coworkers can show up in our conversations, too. Being able to notice and talk about those moments together can tell us a lot about how you experience relationships and what you might want to do differently.
I’m not here to tell you how to live your life or give you a list of things to fix. I see therapy as a conversation and a relationship where we can think together, ask questions, and make sense of things that may have felt confusing or difficult to understand on your own.
I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University and have been practicing since 2019. My postgraduate training in child and adolescent psychotherapy continues to inform my work with teens and adults, particularly in understanding how family relationships and early experiences influence us as we get older.
